To His Family: Chuckie, as my parents and I, used to call him was an amazing person. We met him at the racetrack where he kept some horses. He was always smiling and making me laugh as a child. His passing is such a painful time, but I know he is smiling down upon all those that love him. RIP Chuckie!

Chuck was a wonderful man! He always had a smile on his face. Mr. Chuck, as our daughters called him, always thought of them...whether it was a treat for dessert, or change from his pocket...he will be missed so much. Our hearts go out to his family. Heaven has a new blessing now!
