Ralph Henry Hofmann, “Hoff”, of Huntingdon Valley, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2017, after a long illness. He was 84.

Born in Abington, Ralph was the son of the late Elfrieda nee Wolf and Rudolf H. Hofmann.

Ralph worked for the USDA as a Seed Analyst. Ralph was a proud United States Army Veteran and retired early to pursue his passion of soccer coaching. He enjoyed gardening, held several soccer league positions. Was a member of V.E. Soccer Club and associated with Bensalem High School where he touched so many lives over the years.


Ralph is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Margot nee Von Der Wehl; children Deborah, Mark, and Eric, Daughter in law Lisa, grandchildren Lauren, Nicolette, Brior, Kyle, Stefan, and Talene, great grandchild Grace, sister Sonia and extended family and friends.

Ralph's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, May 22, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at the James J. McGhee Funeral Home 690 Belmont Ave. Southampton, PA. A Memorial Service for Ralph will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment for Ralph will be held privately.
