Obituary for Kathleen Theresa Long (Bauder)

Kathleen Theresa Long, of Feasterville, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2020, with her family by her side. She was 85. Born July 18, 1935 to parents, Felix and Marie Bauder, she grew up in Philadelphia and helped run the family candy store.. Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband Walter C. Long; son, Walter J. Long; and son-in-law Dennis DiSantis. She is survived by her children, Felisa Long and Christopher Long (Karen); daughter-in-law, Deborahanne Long; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and by her brother Joseph Bauder (Cathy).

Mom loved her family! The holidays were always a big deal! Decorations, food and gifts! She also loved going to the beach, her friends, seafood and wine. Kathleen worked in the field of customer service and was very detail oriented. After retiring, Kathleen concentrated on her family and enjoyed bird watching and cooking. She will be missed by all.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11AM on Tuesday September 29, at St. Ignatius Church, 999 Reading Ave. Yardley, PA. Interment is to be held privately at the request of Kathleen’s family.
