Condolences

Condolence From: Robert Vannelli, Jr
Condolence: It is more than two weeks since Len left us, and it is still hard for me to believe he is gone. I have been honored to know Len for more than 20 years, and to have been the beneficiary of his wisdom, counsel and support all that time. It is a blessing I will always cherish.

Len's family knows firsthand his culinary talents, generosity, humility, unwavering support, patience, wisdom and phenomenal sense of humor. But what they probably don't know is how highly regarded and respected Len was in the workplace. Colleagues welcomed every opportunity to work with him and his efforts were always appreciated by senior managers.

I know Len was proud of his children's accomplishments, and he and Norma played a big role in helping them achieve their successes. For me, Len and Norma set the example for how to be loving, supportive and steadfast parents. Perhaps his greatest legacy are the wonderful children and grandchildren that he and Norma nurtured and raised.

Len, so many of us will miss you. Have a safe journey in this next chapter of your inspiring life.
