I have so many memories of Mr Carter throughout my life. Funny as a child I knew that he worked at Schmidts brewery and was owner as well as worked Superior Roofing. But at now as an adult I am in awe and baffled at how he did both. He was a hard working man who loved his wife and his family. He will truly be missed.
