I am very sorry to hear about your mother. We regret not being able to attend the service, but we're thinking of you and what you must be going through. It has been a long time since I last saw your mom, but I remember fondly the Christmas Eve parties and how much fun we had and how easily your mom (and dad) "fit in" with the group. She will be missed. My thoughts are with you and your families at this sad time.
