Ed was an editor during his long career with Reader's Digest Publications,and his editor's instincts never left him, even many years after his retirement.  One day last year, as I was reviewing his federal tax return with him, Ed spent more time correcting the poor grammar and syntax on the IRS Form 1040 than he did reviewing the numbers!  

Even more important, anything and everything Ed did was for the honor and glory of God,and for this I will always remember and esteem him.
