Obituary for Thomas Vogt

Thomas F. Vogt passed away peacefully on May 6, 2021. He was 80 years old. Tom was born in Philadelphia to Johanna and William O. Vogt. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Jean (nee Roszkowski); children, MaryBeth Davis (Gregory), and Thomas Vogt (Kerry); grandchildren, Ian Vogt, Masyn Vogt, Owen Davis, and Aidan Davis; brother, Charles Vogt, sister-in-laws, Anne Vogt and Carolyn Kiriloff and many cousins and friends.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA Tom attended Olney High School and then enlisted in the United States National Guard. He has resided in Warminster, PA for 53 years.

He spent his working career as a Visual Display Manager for Sears Robuck and Company for over 40 years.
Tom enjoyed wood working, landscaping, spending countless hours with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed trips to the shore, walks in the park and spending time with friends. His greatest passion in life was the time spent with his wife traveling the world or taking leisurely drives to get gas. He will be remembered for his love of family, his sense of humor and his passion for life.

Relatives and friends are invited to Tom’s Life Celebration on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Church located at 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment will be held at The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.
