John Henry Fornara, passed away on March 27, 2021. He was 57. He was the son of the late Wauanita nee Baker and John Fornara. John is survived by his; daughter, Gia Fornara; siblings, Joseph Fornara (Jennifer), James (Jennifer), Henry, Regina, and Lisa.

John's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, April 3, from 8:30 to 10:00AM at Dunn-Givnish Funeral Home located at 378 S. Bellvue Ave. Langhorne, PA 19047. A funeral Service for John will begin at 10AM. John will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
