Francis J. Domzalski passed away on October 24, 2020 at the age of 89.

A native of Philadelphia, Pa., Frank attended Northeast Catholic High School and LaSalle College, graduating with a degree in Accounting in 1953. Upon attaining his CPA license, he worked his entire career with Main and Company, a predecessor of KPMG Peat Marwick, and became a Partner. Following his retirement from public accounting, he served as a Consultant for several privately owned companies. He was a recipient of the Prudent Man Award for his valued contributions to the clients he served.

Frank was a member of the Union League of Philadelphia for 45 years and served on the Finance Committee of Our Lady Of Good Counsel parish. He was also an active member of the Cyrenian Society.
Frank is predeceased by Helen, his wife of 55 years and is survived by his son, Francis J., daughters, Terese M. Rinehart (John), Beverly A. Galbraith (James) and granddaughters, Katherine and Lauren.
A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at 11 am on Friday, November 13 th at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Avenue, Southampton, Pa.. Visitation begins at 10 am.
