Harold F. Hulsey passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020. He was 73. Harold was born in Philadelphia to Catherine (nee McGowan) and Hurlen Hulsey. He is survived by his children, Nicole (Tom) and David (Maureen); grandchildren, Gabrielle, Gavin, Breanne, Stephen, and Olivia.
