Doris Rose Getzler

Doris Rose Getzler passed away peacefully on Jan. 28, 2020. She was 89. Doris was born in Philadelphia to Eleanor (Harvey) and Anthony Meenan. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Nathaniel. She is survived by her loving children, Lisa Getzler and David Getzler (Jennifer); grandchildren, Allison J. Linn (Ryan McAlpine), Michael N. Linn, Deena Linn (Tracy Cescin), Kyle N Getzler and Logan T Getzler; son in law, Michael L. Linn; sister-in-law, Bernice Evans (nee Getzler); and many devoted nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her siblings, Emma Kilian and Robert Reilly.

Doris's family will receive relatives and friends on Thurs. Feb. 6, 2020 from 10 to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton, PA 18966. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00. Burial will be at a later date. All are invited and encouraged to attend a luncheon at Maggio's Restaurant to continue the celebration of Doris's life immediately following Mass.
