Judith A. Butler passed away March 13, 2019 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Bruce, her son Vincent, her daughter and son-in-law Angela and Edmund Haare, two grandchildren Lucas and Evelyn Haare, her brother John Wallace, and sisters Barbara Coyle and Carol Lucas.

Judith was born in Philadelphia and lived most of her life in the surrounding area. She attended Penn State University where she studied language and fostered her love of travel. After graduating she started her career as a travel agent with a special interest in Italy, her ancestral home. She traveled to Italy many times over the years including for her honeymoon with husband Bruce. They also enjoyed spending time together in Mexico. She loved mystery novels, traveling and spending time with her family and most recently her grandchildren. She was a strong, caring women who will be missed deeply.

Judy always had a special place in her heart for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and donated regularly. In lieu of flowers please make donations to this wonderful institution in her name.
