Condolence From: Liz Gardner
Condolence: Dear Aunt Anne and Family,

Colin and I are so sorry to hear of Uncle Bill's death! We will always cherish the memories of our last visit with you and Uncle Bill at Christmas two years ago! We learned so much about the Gardner family on that visit and especially enjoyed seeing the photo albums of our long lost relatives. We also loved seeing Uncle Bill's beautiful watercolors; a talent we did not know he had. Colin and I are sad for Uncle Bill's passing, but are so thankful for the wonderful memories we made with you and him.

God Bless!

Liz and Colin Gardner

Condolence From: Tom Gardner
Condolence: Uncle Bill was the uncle who most reminded my of my own father (Frank) - even after Bill retired and, as Aunt Anne likes to say, finally started talking! My dad could also be taciturn, but not in a way that gave off a negative vibe, just like Uncle Bill. Visiting with Uncle Bill gave me a feeling of going back in time and seeing my own Dad from ten years earlier! His looks, his mannerisms, his voice: It was uncanny! Adrienne and I always enjoyed the company of Anne and Bill - their many travel stories, their anecdotes about their kids and grandkids! Bill and Anne were doing exactly what Adrienne and I hope to be doing when we retire: Traveling together and getting the most out of life. Our heartfelt condolences to Anne and all of the kids and grandkids. Bill was fortunate to have you all and we were all better for having known him! Adrienne and I will definitely be there on Thursday to pay our respects to this wonderful man.
