William E. Flanagan, passed away on January 27, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Mary; his children, Brian (Tabitha Zane), Kellie Flanagan-Ovington (Kevin) and Barbara Flanagan (Keith Taylor); grand children, Max, Megan, Vincent, Sean, Scottie, Liam, Riley and Lexi; great grandchildren, Aiden and PJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his grandson, Jack.

Bill's family will receive relatives and friends on Fri. Feb, 1, 2019 from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton,PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Phila. In lieu of flowers, the Flanagan family has requested donations in Bill's name be made to Shriner's, Office of Development, 2900 Rock Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
