James was an avid world traveler, devout Roman Catholic and a dedicated fan of MLB (Red Sox), NHL (Bruins), NFL (Patriots) and Professional Tennis. He graduated from LaSalle University with a BS Degree in Accounting and went on to have a long and varied career in accounting and finance. Jim completed significant overseas assignments with several US multinational companies during his career. He was no stranger to the Asian or Middle East regions as a result of his career endeavors. Jim continued to take on accounting assignments well into his 70s. He was never very far away from a calculator.
