Condolence: Peg was one of the women we most enjoyed and admired through our entire lives. To know her is to love her. You don't get to choose your relatives, but we were lucky enough to get Peg for our sister-in-law, and more importantly she was a treasured friend. We loved being with John & Peg. It was always fun,whether we were at a dance, on a trip, or every time we visited their house, it turned into a party. Thoughts of our dance lessons. the Boombas, the trips,every time we spent with them is a cherished memory. They enriched our lives.
Peg wasn't just fun, she had a big heart. She took in her Mother, early in their marriage, and then her nieces and nephews when their parents passed. She was a good listener and compassionate friend. She prayed for all of us and our concerns.
Peg was sunshine in this world. We can only take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and is at last united with her beloved John. Their love story was beautiful. We often suggested she write it down, but she only laughed.
Peg will always have a special place in our hearts. Memories walk by our side , like a special friend and comfort us. We feel blessed to have had her in our lives. We are thankful for the memories. Emil and I love her and will always miss her.
