Condolence: Dear Ida. Kind of feels like the world tilted a bit...how does the world turn now? As kids, we were so fortunate to have you and Bud and the kids in our lives. As adults we could recognize the devil in those eyes and the love.
When Jeryl called me I think I felt the ground shift and I remember thinking "how can this be?"
Since then, I've had so many memories surface and they've all made me grin.
You two were always there for us and for mom and Dad. Our families have faced some tough times together and we've celebrated some great stuff together. So know, we are still here. Please know you and your kids are in my prayers.

Condolence: I just wanted to say Bud was my second father, and I thank him for that. Getting to know Bud in my adult years was great. Watching Bud and Albert work together on our front porch at our old house was awesome. He taught Albert some carpentry secrets that he continues to use to this day and that was 15 years ago. I also wanted to let you know how much fun it was to go with your family to the lake and go swimming when Ellen and I were growing up. Thank you for sharing Bud!!
