Every year we all knew that the driveway was going to need to be weeded and each year we always waited to be told to do it. It was always very hot and I remember Bud coming home and asking us what we had done all day. We would answer, we weeded the driveway and he always replied to us that there were still weeds out there. He always wanted us to do better and those little statements made us mad when we were younger but I have put that statement to work in my adult years - You can always do better, keep striving.
