Mary Jane Tierney (Driscoll)
Mary Jane Tierney, 88, passed away peacefully on Sat. October 13, 2018. She was born in Philadelphia to Mary (Mulhern) and Joseph Driscoll. Mary Jane is survived by her loving children, Patricia Ann Marshall (Robert), Michael (Kathy) and daughter in law, Joan; her grandchildren, Christopher Marshall, Kelly King (George), Michael, Lauren, Meghan, James, John, Bob, and Patty Tierney; great-grandchildren, Georgie, Emma, and Abby King and Sloane Tierney; several nieces, nephews and Godchildren and her life long best friend, Betty Adams. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Jack and her son, John.


Mary Jane was a long time employee of O'Donnells Stationary in Chestnut Hill. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren.


Mary Jane's family will receive relatives and friends on Wed. Oct. 17, 2018 from 10 to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem. In lieu of flowers, Mary Jane’s family has requested donations in her name to a charity of your choice.
