Condolence: Larry was always a favorite of mine, first as a Bio teacher and later, when I returned to HHHS as a teacher myself, he became a great friend and colleague. His office was just down the hall from my art room, and I felt such support from him since he served in a disciplinarian role (and I had just a few kids who needed a talkin' to from him on occasion!) Larry's passions for kids, education and athletics could get him riled up from time to time, but his cheerful disposition always won out and his smile and wit never failed to lift my spirits. Years later after he left education, I heard from several sources that Larry would go out of his way to buy only my greeting cards! That really touched my heart. What a good, good guy. RIP, Larry. You were a Hatter through and through ...and you made a difference in the lives of so many, including mine. Thanks for the fondest memories, the guidance, the smiles and the support. My sincere condolences to his family.
