Obituary for Joseph Peter Villante

Joseph Peter Villante passed away on Feb. 18, 2018. He was 93. Joseph was born in Philadelphia to Camille (Narcissi) and Cesido Villante. He is survived by his loving children, Joseph (Patricia), Patricia Donald and Kathleen McFadden (Phillip); Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren and a sister, Katherine Sadowy. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters; his wife of 60 years, Cecilia; his son, Gerard and 3 grandchildren, Laura, Patricia and Kevin. Joseph served our country during WWII by enlisting in the Navy at the age of 17. We were blessed with a wonderful Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather and everyone who knew him loved him. Sail on Sailor, we “Love you more than you’ll ever know."

Joseph's family will receive relatives and friends on Wed. Feb. 28, 2018 from 10 to 11:30 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the Villante family has requested donations in Joseph's name be made to Wreaths Across America, P.O.
