June M. MacPherson passed away peacefully on Wednesday Dec. 27, 2017. She was 88.
She was born in Pottsville, Pa. to Emmaline (Yingst) and Nicholas Trabosh.
June is survived by her loving sons, Ronald T. (Donna) and Scott A. (Paige); grandchildren, Elise, Shannon, Ian and Ronald; her brother, William Trabosh; and her dogs, Oakley and Patton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M., and her brothers, Robert and Nicholas "Chip" Trabosh.
June worked at Philco in Philadelphia prior to raising her family and then retired as a teacher's aide from the Philadelphia School District. She was a member of the Prime Timers, Golden Gems, St. Matthew's Seniors, LCA Club and Cannstatter's bingo.
June was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and cherished her many friends.
June's family will receive relatives and friends from 9 to 11 a.m. Tues. Jan. 2, at the James J. McGhee Funeral Home, 690 Belmont Ave., Southampton, Pa., where services will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting.
In lieu of flowers, the MacPherson family has requested donations in June's name be made to Regional Hematology Oncology Foundation of Bucks County, RHOA, 240 Middletown Blvd., Suite 205, Langhorne, PA 19047.
