Obituary for James "Hoagie" Keller

James "Hoagie"  Keller

James”Hoagie” Keller passed away peacefully on Oct 8,2017 at Abington Jefferson Hospice after a long battle with cancer. He was 62.

Born in Phila., Jim graduated from George Washington HS in 1973. He became a union carpenter in 1984 and was an employee of Hooke Inc. and Aimm Installations before retiring in 2011.
Jim was a resident of Southampton for the past 30 years. He enjoyed TV shows, movies, watching tennis, bowling, pool volleyball and collecting Spiderman memorabilia. Prior to his illness, Jim also enjoyed spending many “happy hours” at local pubs with his friends. He has many memories of growing up on “the corner” in the Northeast.
When his children were younger, they took yearly trips as a family to Disney World and went on many camping trips with friends.
Jim was also the President and founder of the TFC’s.

Jim is survived his wife of 37 years, Joyce; his children, Nicholas and Lauren; his brother, Doug (Elsa) and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Larry and Joan and his brother Renny.

Visitation will be held on Fri. Oct 20th from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. and again on Sat. Oct. 21st from 10 to 11:30 A.M. at James J. McGhee Funeral Home, 690 Belmont Ave. Southampton, PA.
Internment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Miracle League of Northampton Twp., PO BOX 453, Richboro, Pa 18954, Athletes Helping Athletes, PO Box 172, Richboro, Pa 18954 or Abington Hospice at Warminster, 225 Newtown Road, Warm Pa 18974 or a charity of your choice.
