Susan E. Casey (nee Esmond) passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 after a courageous battle with cancer. Sue was born May 16, 1952 in Philadelphia to James J. and Florence (Crawford) Esmond. Sue is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph F. and her loving son, Michael S. Casey. Also surviving are her sisters Maureen Greevy (Michael), Kathleen Cantwell (James) and Anne Shields (Michael) and several loving nieces and nephews.

Sue was a loving wife, mother, sister and aunt, who adored her Scottie dogs. Sue practiced Nursing for over three decades. She will be remembered for her kindness and compassion to everyone whom she cared for and knew.
Sue was known for her creativity, loved traveling and summers at Stone Harbor, NJ, with her family.
Sue built lasting relationships and will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Sue's family will receive relatives and friends on Wed. April 26, 2017 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Rd., Newtown, PA 18940. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, Sue's family has requested donations in her name be made to Holy Redeemer Hospice, 12265 Townsend Rd., #400, Phila., PA 19154.
