Margaret Kannengieszer, of Upper Southampton, PA and Naples, FL passed away peacefully on Monday, March 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday.

She was the daughter of the late Margaret (nee Joyce) and Francis Cressman. Margaret is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, John Kannengieszer, Sr. She is survived by her loving children, John (Bonnie), Margaret M. Gradel (Francis), & Brian (Cheryl); grandchildren, Scott (Laura), Mark (Genevieve), Jennifer Gavaghan (Brian), Kurt Gradel, Carly, & Dale Lynn, Brittney Weiler; Great grandchildren, Dagny, Imogene, Eve & Clare Kannengieszer,
& Greyson Gavaghan.

During World War II, Margaret worked at Crown Can manufacturing airplane parts. Margaret and John enjoyed music and dancing, celebrating with friends, vacations to Hawaii and Germany, as well as several cruises. She had a wonderful sense of humor and thoroughly enjoyed family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

Margaret's family will receive relatives and friends on Sat., April 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Ave. Southampton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Margaret will be laid to rest with her husband John at Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Margaret Kannengieszer, may be sent to Abington/Jefferson Hospice at Warminster, or the Arthritis Foundation.
