Dorothy E. Wiegand, 94 of Churchville, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia on June 7, 1922 to the late Alfred and Emma Bowers. She was the youngest daughter of 6 children.
Dorothy is survived by her loving daughters, Beverly Lengel and Linda Hoffman (Dean); her grandchildren, Donna Wiegand, Christine Wiegand, Sharon Sybrandt (David), Jackie Wiegand, Scott Meader, Michael Lengel, Kim Paley (Kevin), Gloria Lauterio, and Toni Hersh (Scott); 5 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 60 years, Joseph in 2002 and her son, Joseph III.

Dorothy was a devoted wife and mother. She truly adored her many grandchildren who always brought a smile to her face. In her free time, she enjoyed singing, dancing and cooking great meals for her family.

Dorothy's family will receive relatives and friends on Wed. July 6, 2016 from 10-11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 877 Street Road, Southampton, PA. Services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Rosedale Memorial Park in Bensalem.
