Barbara C. Olsen, of Buckingham, PA., formerly of the far Northeast Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Sophie and Albert Thompson. Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband William A. Olsen. She is survived by her loving children, Rhonda Amodei (Tony), Karen Eavis (Thomas), and Jeffrey (Tammy), grandchildren, Christina Nicolosi (Joseph), Domenic, Diana, Jeffrey, Jr., Gregory, William, and Anthony, great- grandchildren, Benjamin and Luca, siblings, Joan, Marion, Dorothy, Doris, Ronald, and Debra. Barbara was also the dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Barbara’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, Sept. 4th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the James J. McGhee Funeral Home, 690 Belmont Ave., Southampton, PA 18966. A memorial service for Barbara will begin at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Robert Joka as celebrant. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of Barbara’s family.
