Doris Van Horn passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. She was 86. She was born in Phila. to Anna (Freisberg) and Walter Boehm. She is preceded in death by her husband Howard and brother Frederick Boehm. Doris is the loving mother of Stephen (JoAnn), Lisa Howard (James), and David (Denene). She is the proud grandmother of Elizabeth, Emily, and David Van Horn. Doris is also survived by her sister, Anna Boehm.

At the request of the family, interment will be private.
